1. Our Return Policy Overview
At 2 Mattress Men, we want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. We sell inflatable mattresses, dog mattresses, and comfort bedding products, and we understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations once it arrives.
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. This is a voluntary customer-friendly policy that goes beyond the minimum required by most US states. We want the process to be straightforward, honest, and hassle-free.
2. Return Window & Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of the date your order is delivered. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- The item is in its original packaging with all included accessories, components, and documentation
- The item has not been inflated, assembled, or installed (except for brief inspection purposes)
- The return request is submitted within the 30-day window from delivery date
We are not able to accept returns on items that have been used, damaged due to misuse, or are missing parts or packaging.
3. How to Start a Return (Step-by-Step)
- Contact our support team by email at support@2mattressmen.com or by phone at +1 (570) 822-8040 during business hours (Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST).
- Provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and a brief reason for the return.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 1 to 2 business days with return instructions and the return shipping address.
- Package the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided using a trackable shipping method.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
Please do not ship any item back without first contacting us. Unauthorized returns may cause delays or result in the return being rejected.
4. Return Conditions
Returned items are inspected upon receipt. To receive a full refund, the item must be returned in the same condition it was delivered:
- Unused and unassembled
- Undamaged and free of odors, stains, or signs of wear
- In its original packaging, including any pump, carry bag, or accessories included
If a returned item does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount or decline the return based on the extent of the damage or use. We will notify you before making any adjustment to your refund.
5. Return Shipping & Return Address
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where we made an error with your order or the item arrived defective (see Section 8 below).
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method when sending back a return. 2 Mattress Men is not responsible for return packages that are lost or delayed in transit without a tracking number.

Do not ship items to any other address. Returns sent to incorrect addresses may be lost and cannot be refunded.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and passes inspection, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Please note:
- We do not issue refunds until the returned item has been physically received and inspected at our facility.
- If the item does not pass inspection, we will contact you with details before making any decision on the refund.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process it.
- There is no restocking fee.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is the result of our error or a defective product.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please return the original item following the steps above and place a new order on our website at https://www.2mattressmen.com.
If you received the wrong item or a defective product, please refer to Section 8 below. We will cover all costs in those situations.
8. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Items returned after the 30-day window from the delivery date
- Items that have been used, inflated for extended periods, or show signs of wear
- Items that are damaged due to customer misuse, improper storage, or accidents
- Items missing original packaging, accessories, or components
- Clearance or final sale items, which are marked as such at the time of purchase

9. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Send an email to support@2mattressmen.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the damage or defect
- Clear photos showing the issue
Once we review and confirm the issue, we will offer you one of the following at no cost to you: a full refund to your original payment method, a replacement item, or store credit. We will cover all return shipping costs in these cases.
Wrong Item Received
If we sent you an item that does not match what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent and cover all return and re-shipping costs. You will not be charged for any part of this process.
Lost Return Packages
If your return shipment is lost in transit, we cannot issue a refund without tracking confirmation showing the package was delivered to us. This is why we strongly encourage using a trackable carrier when shipping a return. We are not liable for packages lost in transit without tracking.
10. Order Processing & Shipping Timeframes
So you know what to expect after placing your order:
- Order processing time: 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed
- Estimated transit time: 3 to 5 business days depending on your location within the United States
Total estimated delivery time is typically 4 to 8 business days from the date of purchase. These timeframes are estimates and may vary during high-volume periods or due to carrier delays beyond our control.
11. Chargebacks
We encourage all customers to contact us directly before filing a chargeback or dispute with their bank or payment provider. Most issues can be resolved quickly through our support team, and we are committed to making things right.
Filing a chargeback without attempting to resolve the matter with us first may result in your account being flagged and affect your ability to make future purchases from our store. We cooperate fully with card issuer investigations and document all orders and communications.
12. US State-Specific Consumer Rights
This policy is intended to work alongside your rights under applicable federal and state consumer protection laws, not to limit them.
Customers in California, New York, Texas, Florida, and all other US states retain all rights granted to them under their respective state consumer protection statutes, including any right to a refund or remedy that may exceed what is described in this policy. If your state grants you broader protections, those apply to you in full.
Nothing in this policy is intended to waive, limit, or supersede any consumer right protected by federal law or the law of the state in which you reside.
